Managing Director of Aroma (Multi Cuisine Family Restaurant); I began my career at a very early age by working at different restaurants such as Nirulas, specializing in cuisines of various cultures to become the General Manager of various restaurants in Jammu.
Due to my interest towards foods (im a foodie myself), I approach my unique dishes with creativity using only the highest quality ingredients that offer premium freshness and taste. My concept behind cooking and being a good Chef is using good quality food products and items from the local markets, not limiting myself to the rules, but rather using the basic principles of cooking.
By offering fresh irresistible modern platters in a resourceful blend of Indian, Chinese, American and European flavors I stand committed to to the high expectations of my customers and had been living up-to my reputation of being a good Chef among the worthy customers and friends. My motto in life had always been to provide good quality and fresh food in very affordable rates to my customers, who come in to the restaurant as customers but go out as my friends.
